Engineering and Design Development Students Score Big at Fair

On Saturday, February 27, 2016, students from the senior Engineering Design and Development class at Muskego High School competed at the Waukesha County Science and Engineering Fair. Students have worked on their yearlong research projects to share knowledge and be judged at this competition.

Muskego High School students came away with several awards on Saturday, including:

Carlee Bolmdahl and Lucas Metcalf 3rd Place in the Environmental category with their project Device to Filter Methylmercury in Rivers

Adam Rohlinger, George Karman, and Dan Cotton2nd Place in the Engineering/Physics category and the CH2M Hill Engineering Award with their project Invasive Species Boat Wash

Jason Markowski and Zach Blair1st Place in the Engineering/Physics category and the Air Force Specialty Award for their project Improving Solar Water Heating

All Engineering Design and Development students will go on to participate at the Badger State Science and Engineering Fair on March 19th at Marquette University.
